Hi,
I'm getting some new 16 inch alloys for my mini but I'm a little unsure about what tyre size to get. I have been recommended a size of 195/55/R16. Does that sound like a good option? I currently have 15" wheels with 175/65/R15 tyres. Thanks!

195/55-16 - run flat tires
205/50-16 - conventional tires (run flats not available in this size)

thanks, i forgot to say im gonna get non-runflats. So it's better to go for 205's instead of 195's?

205/50-16 = more tire choices, more rubber on the road, slightly better acceleration
