Which tyres 205/45 R17 for MINI Cooper

Hi all,

I have a problem with my MINI COOPER (10/2004). The tyres are performaing really bad and I have to change them. I already had to change the front tyres one year ago and put the DUNLOP SP SPORT 9000 as they are the "original tyres".

DUNLOP SP SPORT 9000 is performing badly and DUNLOP doesn't produce the tyre anymore. Do you have any recommendation for me? Which tyres (205/45/R17 RF) are the best for MINI COOPER? Do you have any experience? I am not looking for premium tyres, but... let's say... middle-class products ;-)

If they werent runflats I'd say put Goodyear F1's on.
But why dont you put on what they fit on todays new cars?
