With the mini and most front wheel drive cars you are beter off having a wider stance at the front.

If you look at something like the old 205 gti rally cars, they would space the front wheels apart slightly as this helps it to cut in better round corners.

If you want the wider stand your best option would be to use a set of spacers to bring all four wheels out slightly.

hahahaha... i was going to do that anyway lol...

Those wheels would look great on your S as long as you got a spare for the 4th wheel......

You seem to have a liking of Porsche wheels. Why would you want to put another cars alloys on a MINI? JCW or an aftermarket tuner's then yeah. But if I saw Porsche wheels on a MINI I'd think the owner wants a Porsche but can't afford one.

Besides you could fit your snowboard on the passenger of a Boxster by putting one end in the passenger footwell.

Not that silly really

Here is a picture of a Mini with Porsche wheels. These are known as "telephone dial" wheels and were fitted to 944s in the 1980s They are probably 16" as far as I can recall

Dark Silver

According to the performance alloys website you can get 911 turbo replica wheels to fit a mini, coincidently I was looking at these the other day but if I remember correctly they were around £220 each and 8" wide (I think).

I think they may look a little odd, but maybe someone would be kind enough to photoshop them fo you!?

put whatever wheels you want on your car mate, I'm sure you want an individual mini and not a porker

good look hunting!

Chris.

Porsche wheels are hot
Anything to be different and move away from the crowd, then theres also the fact that they are OEM wheels so much tougher than some aftermarket so can be used everyday without the worry of buckling them on potholes etc...

oh and its spelt Boxster not Boxter

Just wouldn't ever fit Porsche wheels on a Mini - think it'll make the car a joke and give off a 'poseur' vibe.

Com'on dude, I'm sure the JCW alloys will be so much cooler!
