Not a problem:

Indeed I've seen a set of D90's running on a mini and they rocked!

Porsche is 5x130 PCD with a typically very high ET (somewhere in the 50's although depends on the J)
The Mini is 4x100 PCD with a low 40's ET but this is not a problem as using an adaptor such as the HR kit above, but not necessarily that one, PM and I'll show you whats available, these adapt the PCD to fit which can be done because the holes don't overlap due to the difference in PCD. ie 5x120 isn't possible so easily but 5x130 is!

Personally I'd shy away from something newer and go slightly old school with it, such a D90 or a Silver Rose. PM if you'd like some help and advice, its something I've done a few times before

A D90 for reference:

Wide wheels can be done too! Up to 9J, possibly wider but I've not tried it, and down a 30 ish ET. I've got some lovely carbon and glass fibre extended arches at the moment which fit as standard but are about 10-15mm wider combined with some arch work (fairly straight forward) and some stiffer damping and roberts your fathers brother....

Lucky Dave - Pls tell how this was done? I take it you made custom adaptors/spacers?

Are you making anymore?

In short I reworked the mini hub, making it big enough the be drilled and tapped at 5x130 then slotted Porsche discs over and then the wheels.

Sorry no more, its been a real headache!
