Flat Tyre from Alloy Damage

Hi

Can the damage to an alloy cause a run flat to go down? Someone showed us by spraying some liquid on the the rim and tyre, air bubbles started showing. Even though there was no damage to the outer rim.

if there wuz internal damage then yes. Could be bent on the inside therefor leaving a gap 4 air 2 escape. That happened 2 my S spokes. Think the garage may have bent them wen fitting the tyres
