they are 17" but look like 16" because the spokes do not go all the way to the edge of the rim unlike the flamspokes, therefore they produce an illusion of being smaller than they actually are.

Thanks for the quick reply guys. I think I read in the miniusa.com site that they are 16's. Maybe the miniusa website had a typo. Anyway, thanks again guys!
