Is this a known problem to MINI?

I searched for this topic and all i came across was posts from the 2005 model mcs. This is relavent to left foot braking for the R56. For any of you left foot brakers (or anyone that knows about this), I have a question for you. I have heard from motorists that the '07 is not for left-foot brakers. It'll cut boost if there's too much brake and throttle input at the same time. Although the non-S doesn't have this issue. Is there any justification for this statement? Any answers or expericence on this issue?

If this is true, is there a solution to the problem? For instance a switch, button, or splicing wires etc.?

From what I read in Grassroot Motorsports, they were experiencing the same thing... even with DSC/ASC "off".

The brought the car to the dealer and were able to get an ecu update that solved the problem for them.
