Ok some have got Dunlop some have got Pirelli....

Is this just a random occurance at the factory or do some options get one while other options get the other?

I got the 17" Dunlops and I think they are a good all-around tire. In my opinion they are "good" in the dry and "very good" in the wet.

I'm looking for some 15" steel wheels for winter. Plan is to outfit them with Blizzaks or some other winter tire.

Can someone let me know if the 17" Pirelli Eufori@ are one of the factory-standard performance or all-season tires? Tirerack.com lists them as performance all-season, but some earlier posts had me believing that it was not the all-season tire.

There is rhyme or reason to it.

When you purchase the Sport package (or the 17" wheels by themselves I think) you get the choice of either "Performance" runflats or "All-season" runflats.

The "performance" tires are the Dunlops SP9000s

The "All-seasons" are the Pirelli Euphorias.

Goto miniusa.com and build your own Cooper S. Select the Sport Package and you see the choice of All season or Performance.

Just out of curisity...those who have Goodyears...what size wheels are they mounted on, and Model Goodyears are they?

Put 2 pics on the Delivery page. The Goodyears are Eagle RS-A all season, looks like a V speed rating. 17' S-Lites.
And not even listed on the Tire Rack!
