Hi all, I am after some advice really. I have a rather nice looking (IMO) R53 Cooper S in Indi Blue with White roof. I also have a bit of a chrome thing going on, wing mirrors, bonnet scoop, and spotlights etc. Anyway I have the R85 S-Spokes in Silver and I am thinking that I want to get them in white. I'm not sure what these wheels look like in white on an Indi Blue Cooper S so any pics would be greatly appreciated.

If I were to get these the most obvious route to go down would be to get my existing wheels refurbed / resprayed in white, but what puts me off is that mine are in very good condition at the mo, almost perfect I would say, and the dealer told me when I bought my car that white wheels generally devalue the car as they make it less desirable. What do you think? The other option I thought about was getting some used ones off ebay wich actually need refurbing, and then getting this done (but then chances are I will need new tyres as well), but then I can keep my old wheels and put them back on the car if and when I sell it.
