I was wondering if someone had already developed performance brake pads and rotors for the R56 S, as I'm thinking about fitting the calipers and bigger discs to my 1st gen MINI.

I'm shopping for new pads & rotors for my R56S also...

Today I ran across a set of upgrade rotors from GBC for the '07S. You might want to look into sourcing these locally as the dealers I bother with are here in the States.

I don't know whether the outfits I found would ship to Italy, but with the current exchange rate it might be worth investigating!
