What are the OEM all season tires on the mini cooper s? If I opt for those am I just losing money though since I am paying for runflats and it's the same price for all seasons?

Are run flats not standard on the Cooper S?
How much more do they cost, and what does it do to the feel of the ride compared to non-runflats?
