hi, i am looking at some aftermarket 17x7.5 wheels for my mini one, does anybody know what the best offset is? i am not lowering the car. I would like the wheels to be as wide as possible without sticking out of the arches and no rubbing etc, cheers

I'd suggest about +42.
+37 would fit your preferences better if not lowering, but I'd still suggest about +42.

do many people use 17x7.5 rims?

are there many tyres available in that size?
