HI there,

I know there are loads of threads on the old replacing the runflats debate but this is quite specific!

Just wondered if anyone on here had replaced the 205/40 R18 Dunlop Runflats with normal tyres....

Have done a lot of reading around and it seems that the best size to go for is the 215/35 but what else have people gone for?

Would like the new Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric which their website says is available in that size but not sure.

Any help gratefully received - need tyres ASAP!!!!

I was running Dunlop runflats 205/40/18 on R105's and changed to normal tyres.

I though did not want to drop to a 35mm profile, as i have found it too be a little too hard for me. So i found 205/40/18 Michelin Pilot Sport suited me best. I have found these to be very good once i had worn them in a bit and got used to them.
