16x7 Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 wheels are available in 35, 40 and 45mm offsets.

ET45 would be best for a lowered MINI.

The lower the offset the more the wheels are pushed out. As you go from ET45 to ET35, the closer the outside of your tires come to the wheel well trim. ET45 is the lowest offset on OEM wheels and is the best choice if you want to lower your MINI later.

I run the Et45 on -35mm KW springs with 215/45 tyres (used to run 205/45 and 215/40s as well) None rub except the 215/45s (adn then only a little under full load with the rear loaded with stuff or people. Fronts never rub. Mine could do with a bigger -40 or 38 et on the front at least maybe even a bit out on the rear to make it look and handle better.
