Tyre wear and run flats ??

Ok heres one for you my cooper i just bought has goodyear nct 5 which i was told are run flats? but how can you tell as i cant see anything to say they are ??

Also i have balding inner edges on the n.s.f and o.s.r tyres but the car drives straight and does not pull, is this normal ???

I really do appreciate all your views guys

Thanks

Goodyear run flats have RunOnFlat or EMT (Extended Mobility Technology) on the sidewall. All BMW approved run flats also have an encircled RSC (Runflat System Component) logo.
