tyre advice

I have 2008 Cooper D with standard 15" alloys and I'm in need of some wheel advice, perhaps i should have asked sooner.

I have just bought some 3 year old R83 5-star (aka Daytona) 16" alloys off eBay, as i guess these were from a generation 1 Mini, will these alloys just slot onto my car without any adjustments.
