Has anyone fitted 8 x 17 rims to an R53? With an offset of about ET 32.

I had a trawl thro the AfterMarket Wheel Gallery but didn't spot any.

I have 8x18 Kahn RSC's sorry havent a clue about the offset and they only rub (a little) when pushing very VERY hard

There's a few in the AWG but not ET32. That offset is pretty extreme for the MINI. I suspect you'd have problems with tires rubbing on the wheel arches, as well as a shorter life for the wheel bearings.

I have 19" x 8" with 215/35 tyres & they are fine but i am not sure of the offset.
17" may be a different story though due to the larger sidewall & hence more movement.
