17" Bullet Alloys

Hi, just curious as to whether the 17" Bullet alloy wheels can only take run-flat tyres? I found a pretty good set on ebay without tyres and the bloke said he thinks you can only use run-flats on them. I saw a cooper parked next to mine today in the Sainsbury's carpark with bullets and I don't think the tyres on their's were runflats.

Its only a rumour that you can only fit runflats But make sure you carry a can of tyre weld just incase

Oh ok cool. Is it recommended to use runflats with these wheels as all the 17" mini alloy wheels I see have runflats

Its just the standard to have runflats as there is no spare tyre But personal choice comes into play when you come to buy new tyres. Either the safety and drive home ability of runflats or hope your tyre weld works. Or call the AA!

Personally I prefer my non runflats for being a better ride and wider
