all R56 brakes the same?

With the R53 JCW brakes no 15" wheels and only one 16" wheel (R87) would fit. It was generally recommended to use 17" wheels. I believe the R56 brakes are almost identical to the R53 JCWs yet you can get a Cooper with 15" wheels . While I realise it is caliper width as well as diameter that determines what wheels will fit can I check that if I buy an R56 Cooper I'll get the same brakes as if I buy an R56 Cooper S?
p.s. if I get an R56 Cooper it would be with 16" R94 bridgespokes.

Some people are like a Slinky ........ not really good for anything, but you still can't help

Aren't the 15" wheels that come on the R56 a different design?

Yes they are but I was just checking as having seen everyone recommend 17" wheels to fit JCW then it seems strange that a slight change of design in the wheels and 15" work.
