Dark Silver Refurb R95s and GTT Spiroslots Fitted

Just thought I would share my latest upgrades...

1. Refurbished JCW R95s with Yokohama Parada2 rubber
2. GTT Spiroslot Brake Upgrade

Wheels were pretty knocked about set of R95s that were painted white. Had them refurbished by 'The Wheel Specialist' Alloy Wheel Refurbishment West Midlands - Plastic Finishing and Painting - Classic Car Restoration down in Fareham. They've done a cracking job on powder coating them anthracite. Really helpfull guys down there and very professional outfit.

While I was down on the south coast with the wheels I popped down to GTT and had the Spiroslot upgrade and all the GTT braces added. What a difference these make to the convertible - it steers and stops now and feels more like my previous tin tops handling and braking. Really happy with the work GTT have done, and again you can't match the helpfulness and professionalism of these guys

Picture is crappy phone snap, but will post a proper one once I've cleaned the car and scrubbed the tyres in!

Some more pics after wash and drive around...

Forgot to clean off the white tyre fitting gunk though - spoils the look somewhat!

Just taken another one with the tyres dressed...

First impressions of the Yokohama's v Runflats are that the Yoko's on 18" are a better ride than runflats on 17", and the grip is very impressive! I can now put those GTT braces to use...

I am getting a little squeek from the spiroslots [I think?] this afternoon after cleaning the car - thinking it is them as it goes away under braking??

Anyway happy with the investment
