Offline | New alloys for my cooper!? OK guys, finally had enough of the run flats so i'm starting to look at some new alloys with some real tyres! I really like the works webb wheels (replicas of course so they will take conventional tyres) but i would love it if i could get them in a gun metal colour to suit my car more! anyway... What i'm asking is, if anyone has any alloy wheel options to they think i should consider please post any pics of your alloy options or particular styles you like! I'm after 17" rims and have about £400 budget excluding tyres! so post away guys! I have a british racing green mini cooper with black, roof, mirrors, and projector headlights! thanks guys |

Offline  | OEM MINI wheels will take none runflat tyres. Have a browse through the aftermarket wheels gallery if you still want new alloys though. Don't go for anything too heavy.  |

Offline | Yeah trying to be careful to avoid heavy wheels and tyres as unsprung weight is a killer for performance on us little engines! saw these though and liked them just not sure on the make, hope the paint wont flake off with winter salts!? on that topic is there anything i can coat the alloys in before having tyres fitted that would help protect them? 17" ALLOY WHEELS HONDA RENAULT NISSAN TOYOTA MINI GOLF on eBay, also, Wheels with Tyres, Car Wheels, Tyres Trims, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 31-Mar-08 19:43:42 BST) |
