If you're near Glasgow, I know of a local place you can get Kumho tyres fitted (or log onto the Kumho website and enter your postcode) - nice tyres and a lot cheaper than what's offered through dealerships.

But be careful if you're still under warranty - a dealership told me that fitting a non-BMW-approved tyre could invalidate the warranty. Although when I mentioned that on here, this was strenuously denied by lots of people who told me the dealer had fed me a line. So... yea, up to you on that one.

As for online orders - I've ordered online tyres for my SmartCar and now can't find anywhere that will fit them. All the garages I try say that they won't fit tyres that weren't supplied through them. Still looking and the old tyres on the Smart need changing quite urgently... any tips from anyone on where to go for that one would be good.

All the best,
Andrew.

I've not needed tyres for the Clubman yet but I've used etyres: Tyres 40% Cheaper than leading tyres depots, free mobile tyre fitting several times in the past as I find it's much easier, cheaper and more convenient for them to come to me at home or wherever I nominate.
