Question Balding Walls

Hi guys, I am really new to this. I bought myself a '53' cooper beginning of Feb. Already i have noticed the outa walls on my tyres are going bald. i am very consious of this when im driving about or stopped at lights where it is visible to cars behind me IF they were to glance lol.
They are run flat tyres, iv done a little of bit of research about it and found out they dont last as long as normal tyres. But in 2months and they are bald it is a lil rediculous..... anyone think it could be the way i drive? most of the time i drive on country roads, and iv thought to myself it could be me using the minis go cart handling??
I know runflat tyres can b expensive at £120 a corner but is it worth stickin normal tyres on which are far less cheaper and last longer? and just buying myself a bottle of tyre weld? if so then do i go to mini or can i go to somewhere like kwik fit (or equivilent) to get non runflat tyres on my car

Sorry for dragging on

Thankyou

Aidy

What tire pressure are you running?

Premature wear on the outer treads of a tire is a sign of under-inflation.

The Tire Pressure Monitoring System only warns you if the tire pressure in one tire drops significantly below that of the other tires. If all tires lose air at the same rate you'll never know unless you check the pressure with a gauge.

I'd recommend buying a tire gauge so you can check the pressure on a regular basis.
