If i were to change from 205 45's to 205 40 profile on a 17inch wheel how much would that affect the accuracy of the speedo and mileometer?

Looking at Toyo Proxes - they dont do a 45 on 205 tyre you see

I've just changed my tires from 205/45-R17 to 215/40-R17 and there is no difference in ride. my speedo is now 3 mph faster than what my GPS told me where as before it was 5 mph over.

toyo do have 205 45 17 proxes ive got them on my mini.

Dwayne Thanks -didbt realise that

Trouble is these wheels tyres already are made up and friend is selling them

How do you rate the proxes? do you use them as everyday tyre or just for track
What differences over oem runflats?

use them every day, really good tyre and better in the wet then any tyre ive had b4. cant say about the run flats coz i only had them on my car for only a week. hope this helps

try the vredestein ultracs. amazingly good tyres, beat toyos every test i have seen
