Yokohama Parada 2, are they noisy ?.
So as the title says, are Yokohama Parada 2 tyres a very noisy tyre, when say driving on the motorway.
I'm getting close to needing a new set of tyres, and I'm considering the Parada 2's when i change. But i would be put off them if they gave a lot of internal tyre noise.

I've got 'em, you saw them on Sunday! Want to come for a spin to see if you think they're noisey?
Paul.

Is that due to them having some wear on them, or were they noisy frome the start ?.

Thursday evening is good for me as well. Shall we say 8pm at The Vue cinema carpark in Garston?
Can't say I've noticed any tyre noise from the rear of the car, not over the noise of the
JCW exhaust anyway!

Yes the grip of the Prada Spec 2's is awesome, defies the laws of physics!

not as noisy as driving into a hedge
always get the best tyres, spend on some ice if you need to drown the sound out..
i am on avon ZZ3 [but have heard wonderfull things about the yokos]
mine are much better than run flats less mpg and more noise, but give more grip in all
conditions, about 80% of the life of runflats but at 45% of the cost

Ive 17 inch yokohama A539's and there is far more road noise with them than my 18 inch runflats.
What size paradas are you running? 215/35/18 or 215/40/18? Need to replace my runflats shortly.

I'm running 215/40 R18's Prada Spec 2's on a R56 Cooper S. Check out our Photo Gallery to see the car with the tyres fitted.
