Unhappy abs + runflat light on! Help!

Please help me.
My dear mini was involed in an heavy impact road accident. It took more than two months for repaired.
One day when I drove back home, the abs light on after I kinda drove over an uneven road. Next day, when I started the car, the abs light still on, after driven 5 mins later, the runflat light on. So I drove the car to oil station to check on my tyres pressure and its seem okay.
I had this problem before. My mini is one of those begin call back for faulty. After I had it fixed, it happen again a year later, this time I have to pay for it to fix. I wonder could it be the third time ...
However, when I checked the descripion of the job they done when my mini was taken for repaired due to the accident, I notice the 2 pages work sheet indicated some of the job they done was :
R+R left front brake caliper (wheel removed and without brake ventilation)
Replace LH front suspension strut (with suspension strut asssembly removed)
R+R L/F spring strut includs R+R wheel
I wonder could it be another fautly. As the repair work was taken by a BMW approved bodyshop, the work they done should be guaranted for three years (I kept the certificate). So I gave them a call. But they said they haven't done anything on my brake.
I am confused.
How could they repair my mini without touching the brake? (after the accident my mini had to tow because I couldn't brake)
Therefore, I need help, did I misunderstand the meaning of the work sheet? Abs is nothing to do with brake?

I'll bet your left front wheel speed sensor needs to be replaced.

You might try cleaning it and checking the connector first, as that's not hard to do.

thank-you

thank-you very much for your advice.
I am afraid, I am no good on machinery. it could be easy to check for most people but I am the kind of dumb woman who not even know how to change a screen wipers.
I really so in love with my mini and I have worked so hard to save and bought a second hand one, money are tight. therefore I would like to check am I wrong to assume the bodyshop who repair my car earlier could held some responsible, so I post in the forums to see if anyone share my view.
I called the bodyshop again today. As soon as I mention the ABS light on, the receptionist seem to more helpful. ( I am still waiting for a return call)
It sounds to me that, it is a major problem of the mini.
In the forums, I also notice many people have the same trouble.
