Caliper Covers

Has anyone seen the caliper covers you can get? What do you thnk of them? Do they affect the braking distance etc atall?

?!? I don't think bonding some plastic covers to your calipers is going to help your braking. In fact probably make it worse due to trapping heat in. Also you run the risk of them coming off and trapping in your wheels or worse in your brake disc/pads!!!!!!!!

I think your insurance would definitely be void with them on too!!!!!

I agree that they could be potentially dangerous if they came off. Dont think it would look very good either to have 'brembo' calipers over the tiny discs, just wouldnt look right

Have you considered painting your calipers instead?

I would say that they would trap brake dusk, seize the calipers, ruin the disk and pads, look gash!
