NW Wheel Refurb recommendations

I've got a set of genuine 17" R90 split rim alloys that are suffering from the laquer problem. The best quote I have had from a refurbishers that I trust is £300 + vat to split the rims, paint both sections in silver and relaquer. This is from the Wheel Specialist in Manchester. They said if I just get the lip repolished and laquered the flaking is quite likely to recur. I trust these guys and I have had 3 sets of wheels done with them before. However it is obviously more expensive because they are split rims and need time to be broken down.

Can anybody recommend anywhere else in the Northwest (UK) that refurb to a high standard please?

Steve at Diamond Wheels in Stockport did one of mine - was more than pleased with his work!!

He's got a portfolio there you can see his work - he's done Porsches, BMWs, Mercs, Range's etc etc the lot!! He does all of the footballer's cars etc - is well known in the NW for his refurbing / painting etc work.
