need some info on web-spoke alloys split rims

Does anyone know if the 17" web-spoke actually come apart and not for looks.

i am hoping on painting the inner part black and leaving the chrome rim on the outside and also where would you acquire the key to seperate them if possible????????????????

if anyone knows of the above or even know of anyone that would

.or even have done this please post a pic

I have web spokes and I can confirm that they are definitely two piece alloys and can simply be unbolted and reassembled
