Tire size change from OEM 16" runflats

I own a 2006 MCS with the OEM Dunlop runflats on 16" wheels. I've finally gotten to the end of use of these tires, which I only run in spring/summer, as I have dedicated snow tires for the car (need them here in Michigan). I'd like to change the Dunlop runflats out to Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 tires, which I've read good things about on this forum. My question is whether I can mount 205/55-16 Goodyear tires on my standard 16" rims, as the OEM tires are 195/55-16 in size. Thanks for any help!

205/50-16 is the most common (and more appropriate) choice when replacing 195/55-16 run flats with conventional tires.
