R84 X-Lites Painted Anthracite - MINI Cooper Forum

Just had my wheels refurbed in Anthracite. For anyone in Essex area I used JP Polishing in Canvey Island and was well impressed with the finish and price. £170 all in incl TIG welding (not filler) kerbed edges, powder coating and lacquer. Also incl wet spraying and lacquering centre caps to match. Finally they removed and refitted tyres in this price. This was for 16" wheels i think the price goes up a little for 17" or above.
You can find them via Google I guess.

I am well please with the results. The car looks very different to before (wheels were white - looked great when clean - for about 1 day) and shouldnt show brake dust, etc so much.......

You cant appreciate on these photos - the anthracite has a nice metallic flake and very shiny - quality looking.......

Thanks for this recommendation. After having my wheels 'refurbed' by ChipsAway, I'll defo be taking a trip to Canvey Island for my next refurb.
