From S-spokes to a lighter wheel

Can anyone tell me what their experiences was in going from S-spokes to a lighter wheel and/or vice versa on your tuned MCS in terms of acceleration/straight line performance

Reason im asking this is that i can get my hand on this wheel, but the weight issue of the rim

I did this many moons ago. Apart from the looks, which are great, there really is nothing going for the s-spokes. The main difference for me wasn't so much speed, but handling. So much better on smaller, lighter wheels and much less tram-lining too.

^^^ As above - S-Spokes and Runflats utterly horrible compared to X-Lites and conventional tyres.......no more tramlining, better ride, better steering feel, no more understeer, no more constantly flashing ABS/DSC, better takeoff .....
