Lightbulb How much do YOU spend on your tyres?

Hello. I really wanted to see how much people are spending on their runflats for their coops. I looked around Kwik Fit etc, but they were extortionately expsenive. Luckily, my Father knows a tyre garage, and so I fitted my runflats @ £100 each tyre. Baring in mind, I'm in the south, near G'ford... So please, I'd like to know how much people are spending on their tyres. Either in the UK or around the world, it'd be interesting to know!

Goodyear NCT5 195/55x16's runflats normally about £100 at a local garage.

Anyone know what the dealers charge?

I'm in Guildford too, and there's a place in West End, near the M3 called Martins Tyres. I got Dunlop SP Sport 3000 195/55/r16 for about £85 each!!

Just had 4 Dunlop SP01 runflats fitted for £425 at my local dealer Coopers of Croydon. They matched price on the best deal I found online at blackcircles.com. Very pleased with the new tyres and the service at Coopers.

Drew :-)

ps they were 195/55/16

JESUS! Stupid question, but are they good? I presume they're the best... In fact, my Coop is returning soon, so I'll need to check out what size they are.

I bought two Bridgestone RE050A RF with fitting and balancing from kwick fit for £204, about £88 each and less if you bought 4 together.

205-40-18 Bridgestone RE050A I get these from my local kwik fit for 120 each. Am down south near Bournemouth and they are the cheapest I can find. I phoned my local dealer and I asked whether they could match it, and they said they buy the tyres for more then that so there is no way they could match it!!!
