Genuine GP wheels. Shall I refurb??

I've just bought a set of four genuine Mini GP wheels with a few scuffs on them. I know these are around £1200 from Mini and i'm now wondering whether to just sell them on as they are or get them re-furbed before selling them? How sought after are these genuine items? Thanks in advance guys!
