Brake Pads Advise

Hi Guys
Im looking at replacing my worn pads on my 2003 JCW HPD Mini.
It runs 250 bhp so need a pad that can cope with this.
I notice most pads cope with upto 200bhp.

Has anyone in the UK got experience of different pads and I wondered what they thought ?

Cheers !
