R56 JCW Brake Pad replacement

Hi

My 08 R56 factory JCW needs new pads in a few hundred miles.

Rather than going for the OEM ones through the dealer I thought I might buy some uprated aftermarket ones.

I drive the car quite hard but its all road use rather than track. I live in the sticks so plenty of country road use.

I wondered if anyone could recommend any pads in particular please?

Cheers

Rich

I'd go for the green stuff red ones or one of these:

MINI Cooper Hawk HPS Brake Pads
MINI Cooper Hawk Ceramic Brake Pads

Cheerio, off you go!

2005 MCS Chili, Dark Silver std: full leather and navigation.
This MCS is 100% original (except for the scangauge)

I tried to get aftermarket pads in the summer and could only find Ferrodo ones which were £200, standard are £100.

Thanks guys. To be frank I find the standad JCW ones excellent but if they can be improved or I can get the same for less, great.

I also need new front pads for my R56 JCW Brembos
I used to use EBC Greenstuff pads in the old R53 callipers, they were very clean and I miss them but they aren't listed for the Brembos.
Any ideas?
