Help req'd for tyre choice.

Hi Folks

I've finally got around to getting my MC (2003) back on the road and need to know about the options open to me on tyres.

I had the 'chilli' pack fitted (so I think I have the 16" R83 5-star rims) and have run-flats on them.

I would like to know if the rims are able to take regular tyres and, if so, what would be a good, all-round tyre choice?

You can fit non-runflat tires on any OEM wheels.

Since I've 'flat-spotted' 2 of my old run-flats (by not using the car) I fancy the idea of 4 new regular tyres all round for similar money.
