Old Wheels for New Car

I'm trying to replace a 2010 wheel that was lost in a flat tire mystery. My understanding is that the replacement wheel must be a 2008 or later model to accomodate the tire pressure sensor and M14 bolts.

Can anyone confirm this? I'm looking for a used or refurbished wheel to replace a 2010 model on a clubman mini Cooper. How faer can I go back to replace the wheel and any referrals??

I can't comment about the tire pressure sensor (as we don't have them in Yurp) but the M14 bolt is not relevant - they fit just fine through any Mini wheel - I have R57 (2009) M14 bolts holding on my 1st Generation X-lite wheels.
