4 Different tyres fitted - Which are Standard?

Hi All,

recently picked up my new 2006 Cooper to find something incredibly annoying.

Between the previous own and the dealer, they have managed to fit each wheel on the car with a different tyre design!!

one front is a pirelli, the other i think is a bridgestone. The two rears are both dunlop, but different patterns.

Eventually i would like them all the same, and seeing as BMW seem to fit decent tyres as standard i would like to put them back or originals.

Can anyone tell me what tyres were fitted as standard to the Mini Cooper?

The tyre size is 205 x 45 x 17

The original 205/45-17 run flat tire fitments were:

Dunlop SP Sport 9000 DSST
Goodyear Eagle RS-A EMT
Pirelli Eufori@

More recent fitments are:

Bridgestone Potenza RE050A RFT
Continental ContiSportContact 3 SSR
Dunlop SP Sport 01 DSST

I don't know what the factory is fitting in this size if you order conventional tires.

I'm running Kumho Ecsta SPT (KU31) XRP run flats on my MINI because they're a lot cheaper than other run flats.

I hate having mismatched tyres.

Still really not sure which tyres to go for. Spent quite a bit of time going through old posts, but no one could agree what the better tyre was.

I do nomally like dunlops, so may give those a go.
