Talking My cars feet got a makeover :)

I got my new wheels today, and got em mounted... they are 17x7 O.Z. F1 Cup's... they match the DS exactly, pictures don't really do justice with the bad lighting Enjoy

Congrats YaST, very nice wheels. They line-up perfectly with the arches too. What is the offset on those wheels? Also what tires (size) have you got? TIA.

According to the OZ site linked to from the FAQ on aftermarket wheels:

22.6 lb, $320 MSRP, ET42

The Tire Rack lists them for $250 apiece.

22.6 lbs?

Suddenly, I'm not so bullish on them.

But damn, they do look superb!

Yeah, quite expensive for such a heavy rim!

Whatever.

wow those are some heavy rims, i have 18" BBS RCs and they weigh about 17.5 lbs
I think that is to heavy for 17s not worth it, unless you just want them to look good. I do however like the color combo and think that they look good together

Sorry, haven't check the board in a bit...

I weighed the rims when I got them and they came out at 21 lbs... they are lighter than my stock 16 V-Spokes with runflats though.

I got them on E-bay for $720 which if you do that math is about $180 a wheel. Not too bad, I don't think. They were in original boxes never opened also!

The tires a 215's about as wide as you can get without having to change things for rubbing. They don't hang over the rim really, they are pretty flush. I park carefully around curbs

Thanks for the comments

Dude, you have exemplary taste....

More pics, the aero grill looks awesome also. Are you also going to add the driving lights?

Driving Lights

Dont think the Driving Lights are high on my list, especially with the price tag they carry. I am not sure they really look all that great also. I want to tint my windows at 35% next, then get the BMP Intake, then I don't know what next. Money is a problem

Also my darn self installed Aero Grille started to pop out on the left side... Grrr. I am going to have to find a way to glue it down I guess.

I will post more pics later today after work, hopefully better lighting.
