ABS, ASC lights on and Power Steering Failure

Hi all, not sure where to post this but last night while i was driving along the abs and asc lights came on at the same time, so i pulled over and turned the engine off,

i then tried to turn it back on but it wouldn't it was clicking and the headlights were flashing, then 10 minutes later it started so i proceeded to drive off, half a mile later the same thing happened, so i pulled in and noticed that the power steering had failed completely too!

After an hour waiting for a relative to help it started again, and i drove, with my relative the few miles home, i took it to the garage this morning and they said they will have a look at it, but i have a 400 mile round trip this weekend and was hoping that one of you guys may be able to help out by letting me know whats wrong and a rough price if possible! And also if you think it could be fixed before Friday?

sounds like an electrical problem..

1st off i'd be checking that the battery is ok..
