Best Offset ?

Hey,

I'm new to the Mini modification world, seem to have been bitten by the mod bug ! At the moment I have a standard 2003 Mini Cooper and have been looking to fit a set of Team Dynamic JET RS. Does anybody have any suggestions on what would be the best offset ? Would like it flush with the wheel arch

Cheers

Cheers dude ! Did you have to use spacers with those ? Just because the lowest my ET will go on those rims is 38 or if you didnt do you think it would be a good idea using spacers ? By the way that MINI looks smart

Cheers bud, no spacers with these,

I've heard of people using 5mm spacers with no problems

Do you experience any bodyroll or tyre scuffing when cornering ? How much has your MINI been dropped by ? What size are wheels are you running on ? Profile etc ? Sorry just had a bit of a brainwave !

Wheel size is 7.5 x 17, tyres are 205/45 on the front & 215/45 on the back, the cars been dropped approx 40mm (might be a bit lower but it wasn't measured, just went on how it looked). I get a little scuffing on some of the harder bumps but ok on cornering, the plastic wheel arches have been trimmed a little .

Body roll has been minimised since fitting the Meister R coilovers, the dampening can be adjusted from soft to hard depending on road or track. You lose some of the 'bouncy' ride that you can get with springs.

Hope this helps mate
