S-spokes are actually R56 as well as R53 wheels - it's the same wheel. So yes, they will fit without any adjustments.

The one thing is that you have to really want the look of S-spokes because on a One they will make the car noticeably slower to accelerate and less lively, if you are on 15s at the moment.

You may have to swap any wheelbolts/nuts over with yours as I think the later Mini's have a different thread size but a straight swap otherwise as already said.

And in case this sows the seeds of doubt in anyone's mind, each car's wheelbolts fit through the holes in any wheels. Like Mab says, the 2nd Gen cars have thicker bolts, but they still go through the hole in 1st Gen wheels.
