| Purchase a third-party sensor?
Hey y'all! Fairly new to the site. I own a 2006 Mini Cooper and I need to replace my brake pads on the front side of my vehicle. This is the first time I've replaced brakes on my Mini (got it used). I also need to replace the brake sensor. I live in the states and the closest Mini dealer is about 200 miles away. I am ordering my break pads and some other parts from online on advance auto parts. They also have sensors for sale. I'm wondering if I can buy a sensor there or does it have to be from a Mini dealer?
