United-Kingdom PCD adaptors. fitting bigger wheels

right
my mates got some brand new lenso s73. they look sick there 18x7.5J but with tires it 215/35/18 so i think they should be alright. only problem i think is the pcd,i think they have the stud pattern to fit a honda civic ep3 with the 5x114.3 stud pattern because thats what he brought them for. havent yet check what stud pattern it actually is but was wondering if anyone has tired using pcd adpators on their mini which is 4x100?

Dont forget its not just the wheel and tyre size, the wheel offset needs to be correct too, to prevent fouling of the inner and outer arches when on full lock.
Adaptors/spacers will push the wheel further out too and can also increase loading on the hub bearings.
