My 2010 Cooper had the brake pad wear warning come on last year, said replace in 600 miles, it then changed to 1100 miles (and hasn't changed since
Anyway it went to the dealers for a service and they wanted silly money to replace so today I took it to the place I usually have my tyres and brakes done and they replaced front and rear pads as well as rear disks for me.
What I want to know is there anyway I can reset the warning or do I have to take it to the BMW garage. I have the Visual Boost, every time I turn the ignition in I get the message to say that it needs to be looked at in 1100 miles, I just want to reset that.
Thanks in advance.
