Tyre Sizes

Hi
I have 18inch alloys on my 2007 Cooper D (R56)... Can anyone tell me if I can put 220x40x18 tyres on them?

If you mean 225/40-18 ... NO.

With OEM 18" wheels and stock suspension 215/35-18, 205/40-18 or 215/40-18 will work.
