Are you saying that the MINI dealer has not actually removed the bolt and sorted out the problem before returning the car?
If so, how do they know it's jammed (I assume you mean it has been cross-threaded) or else done up so tight they had trouble removing it?
What have they recommended should be done about it?
Also, are you talking about a standard wheel bolt or is it a locking bolt?
One method of removing bolts is to heat them up with a torch, another is to weld something to the head of the bolt that you can then get a better grip on....this is one way of getting damaged locking bolts out or if you have lost the special bolt locking socket.
