Can somebody help me please....I am currently running my mini cooper on 17" rims but would like to shoehorn a set of 19" on. can this be done without further modification.?

My mate runs a Car mod shop called Mods-Direct and a guy who works there has just put 19" on his cooper.
Call Ricki on 0116 2514445 and say that I gave you this number. Will aka (dark mini)
Cooper S : Dark silver, white roof
