| Unless the tires have a big arrow on them with the word ROTATION inside, you can rotate them side to side. The inside tread pattern will always be on the inside. Asymmetrical doesn't necessarily mean directional.
Directional treads usually have a sort of V pattern in them to evacuate water, slush and snow and will have the ROTATION arrow on them. They can only be rotated front to back or else the V would end up the wrong way.
